As a leading community-based organization, The Y is dedicated to supporting active lifestyles. The Y’s healthy aging programs promote fitness, healthy living, a strong sense of community and social responsibility.
Group Exercise: Members can choose from a variety of group fitness classes to accommodate your schedule and fitness levels. All classes are included in your membership. Our energetic and inspiring instructors are ready to motivate you to be your best! Classes include Yoga, RX Fitness, Low Aerobics, Barre Basics, Line Dancing, Deep Stretch, Tai Chi, RESTORE, Zumba, Aqua Fitness (during summer months), Pilates and many more.
Cardio Equipment: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Recumbent Bikes, Cross Trainers, NuSteps, Arc Trainers, Rowing Machines and Steppers
Strength Training: Certified Personal Trainers, Strength Equipment, Free Weights of all sizes, Hoist KL Fitness Equipment
Health and Well-Being: Seminars/Workshops, Focus Groups, Health Screenings, Immunization Clinics, Diabetes Prevention Program
Group Interest: Social networks that bring people with common interests together, Senior Senior Prom, Teen Tech Day, Space to Meet, Greet and Congregate
Volunteer: Help the Y by Helping Others: Y’s Men’s Club, Robin Run, Father Daughter Dance, Community Outreach
