Be goal oriented!

At the YMCA, kids develop all of their skills, from running and lifting to teamwork and leadership. Just as important, they learn firsthand the benefits of being healthy & active and that virtual games just can't compare to the real thing. Youth Programs are offered year-round and we always need great coaches for our Girls on the Run and STRIDE programs. Use your talents to encourage, guide, and train young athletes at the Y! We offer Teen Synrgy, Fit Friends, Homeschool YouthFit, Girls on the Run, STRIDE, and more!

Our Youth Fitness Programs are designed so children have fun while getting in a great workout. No two workouts are the same. We combine a variety of fitness games with the use of strength and cardio machines. We also hold seminars throughout the school year to educate our families on nutritional needs and healthy habits. Unless otherwise specified, classes are all held in the Robin Givens Youth Wellness areas.
